BI-CONTINENTAL CROSS COUNTRY 5K RUN/WALK The 15th annual bi-continental 5k run took place on June 2nd in both Meru, Kenya and Port Jefferson Station. Two of our young men just graduated from Mt.Kenya University. Kelvin Mutuma Naari graduated with a degree in Medical Laboratory Science. Edwin Muguna graduated with a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. We wish both graduates the best of luck in the job market.
The cooperative was started in 2007 with a seed grant from Little Portion Friary written by Shoreham Wading River High School students.There are now 29 members of the group.The group is lead by Nancy Kirote/Mama Arica.
